As part of HDR’s Field Services team, professionals deliver high‑quality infrastructure projects—from highways and bridges to water treatment plants and power facilities—ensuring designs are built with precision, integrity, and excellence. Construction managers, inspectors, resident engineers, and field specialists set industry benchmarks for quality and resilience. • Administer high‑risk construction contracts under senior guidance. • Develop specialized contract vehicles and techniques to meet business objectives. • Identify and resolve significant issues using independent judgment. • Apply construction contracting knowledge to enforce company and client requirements. • Coordinate closely with project teams and stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Preferred: field or senior inspector experience; FDOT or Florida Turnpike experience; ability to interpret construction schedules. • Required: 3 years contract experience (or advanced degree/certification); strong organization, detail‑orientation, and multitasking; ability to work independently with minimal oversight; excellent written and interpersonal communication; solid math and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture.
