Job Highlights
About the Role
The role includes assisting the maintenance team, performing grounds upkeep, and being on call for snow, ice, and other emergencies. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and live within a 30‑minute commute. • Perform caulking, drywall repair, and touch‑up painting. • Test all locks and key sets and assist in property inspections. • Maintain exterior lighting and conduct ground equipment repair and preventative maintenance. • Keep grounds and common areas clean, including trash removal, sweeping, and snow removal. • Support Maintenance Technicians, Porters, and Housekeepers as needed. • Perform pool maintenance. • Remain on‑call for snow, ice, and other site emergencies.
