About the Role

The HVAC Account Manager will drive customer development and use the CRM platform to track proposals. The role focuses on servicing daily sales needs of existing accounts while expanding the client base through additional service lines and referrals. Key responsibilities include developing qualified maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects, maintaining goodwill with current accounts through regular call‑backs, and entertaining clients as required. The manager will prepare itineraries, make calls, follow up on leads, and gather information from building owners, developers, and maintenance personnel regarding work scope, budgets, qualification methods, bid processes, and competitors. Additional duties involve organizing technical data, brochures, and service manuals, assisting in bid proposal preparation, delivering sales presentations, and helping with collection of delinquent accounts, complaint resolution, and corrective actions within authority. • Develop and qualify maintenance, service, and retrofit prospects. • Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and client visits. • Generate itineraries, contact leads, and gather detailed project information from owners and developers. • Organize technical documents and assist in drafting bid proposals. • Conduct sales presentations to secure inclusion on bid lists or exclusive contracts. • Manage delinquent accounts, resolve customer complaints, and implement corrective actions. • Provide clear turnover details to Service Operations. • Drive company vehicles for work‑related tasks; pass a driving background check. • Perform physical duties such as climbing ladders, traversing steps, and moving throughout facilities.
