About the Role

• Greet and assist owners and guests with luggage handling, special requests, and deliveries. • Monitor the front entrance and guest arrivals. • Provide instructions and information about room amenities and property services per brand standards. • Assist in covering the gate when needed. • Keep the front entrance and lobby area organized, safe, and clean. • Perform reasonable requests from management, including helping other departments. • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with HGVC standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must have prior customer service experience, a valid driver’s license, and the physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lb and work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
