About the Role

In this position, you will support project delivery across transportation, water, program and project management, buildings, environment, and energy sectors. You will collaborate with award‑winning professionals locally, nationally, and globally, contributing to transformative projects that shape communities within a diverse and inclusive culture. • Partner with Project Managers to support Metro New York projects across multiple business lines. • Monitor project performance and link individual results to overall business outcomes. • Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical tools using Excel, PowerPoint, and databases. • Develop designs, calculations, and drawings under supervision of senior engineers. • Participate in interdisciplinary reviews and drive continuous improvement. • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and forecasting models for financial metrics. • Conduct research, analysis, and present recommendations to stakeholders. • Assist with cost control, schedule tracking, and other core project management functions. • Utilize industry software such as Oracle Primavera P6, Revit, Power BI, and Office 365 tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).
