What You Bring
Qualifications require 10+ years of civil engineering experience in municipal roadway projects, a bachelor’s degree, PE licensure, extensive client contacts, proven business development and proposal writing skills, ability to manage projects profitably, strong communication and leadership abilities, and the capacity to mentor staff. • Hold a PE license with 10+ years of municipal roadway engineering experience. • Demonstrated success in winning work, proposal writing, and budgeting. • Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills.
