About the Role
The Assistant Technical Manager supports the Technical Manager in overseeing daily technical operations, maintenance activities, and statutory compliance. This role ensures engineering systems run smoothly while maintaining safety, quality, and cost efficiency. JLL leverages artificial intelligence to match candidates with opportunities and follows strict privacy practices to protect personal information throughout the recruitment process, retaining data only as needed and securely deleting it thereafter. • Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising daily technical and maintenance operations • Ensure smooth operation of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Safety) • Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for technical works • Monitor AMC contracts, service reports, and vendor performance • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, audits, and safety standards • Assist in energy management initiatives and cost optimization • Maintain technical documentation, drawings, SOPs, and maintenance logs • Support project activities such as renovations, fit‑outs, and minor CAPEX works • Handle emergency situations and provide technical support during incidents • Guide and supervise technicians and support staff on‑site • Coordinate effectively with vendors and internal teams
