About the Role

As a Receptionist at Gensler, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and staff, embodying the firm’s values and professionalism. This temporary role runs from February 5 through February 6 2026. • Answer phone calls via Teams, direct callers or take messages. • Greet and welcome all guests, notifying staff of arrivals. • Receive interview applicants and vendor samples. • Direct deliveries to the mail room and process parking validations. • Assist clients, consultants, vendors, and staff with inquiries. • Monitor conference‑room reservation system and alert staff to conflicts. • Book, cancel, and maintain conference‑room reservations. • Keep lobby and lobby‑facing conference rooms tidy throughout the day. • Update the monthly office event calendar. • Support administrative projects, special events, and tasks as needed.

What You Bring
