Job Highlights
About the Role
• Provide practice support and subject matter expertise to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Business Leaders and Employees on immigration, assignments, relocations, remote work and business travel for the Asia Pacific region • Coordinate and track company‑sponsored immigration cases with external vendors and deliver regular reporting on temporary visa populations • Manage service delivery and performance of external immigration and relocation providers to ensure quality, timeliness and positive employee experience • Prepare cost estimates and packages for assignments/relocations and ensure consistent application of Global Mobility practices • Communicate continuously with employees and stakeholders throughout immigration or mobility processes to deliver exceptional service • Educate internal stakeholders on Global Mobility matters, immigration developments and company processes • Partner with the business to provide responsive, time‑critical advice on new overseas bids and assignment enquiries • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Accounting and Legal to ensure effective administration and governance of assignments, relocations, remote work and business travel • Serve as the Asia Pacific point of contact for International Remote work requests • Participate in and support Global Mobility projects and initiatives • Maintain appropriate records, files and databases • Provide clear, pragmatic advisory advice to internal stakeholders • Handle assignments/relocations to locations lacking established processes • Deliver exceptional customer service with a continuous improvement mindset • Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy and quality while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment

What You Bring
• Strong working knowledge of the Australian immigration framework and end‑to‑end sponsorship obligations • Demonstrated Global Mobility expertise across the Asia Pacific region, with advantageous experience in India assignments • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, and manage sensitive documentation • Work effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas • Navigate ambiguity and use sound judgment to resolve complex issues • Work independently and collaboratively with high initiative and accountability • Demonstrate effective organizational and time‑management abilities • Professional Memberships • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience • Minimum 5 years' experience working with the Australian immigration framework, including managing employer‑sponsored visas
