Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property managers operate independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. Their duties include assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending and selling packing and moving supplies, performing daily unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and assisting customers with payments through reminder and collection calls. • Assess customers' storage needs and recommend solutions, including selling packing and moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and readiness for rent. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment collections and reminder calls. • Transport items up to 35 lb and spend up to 50 % of time walking outdoors, climbing stairs, and opening large doors. • Perform cleaning and routine maintenance of interior spaces and exterior grounds. • Maintain a flexible schedule (9:30 am–6 pm, weekends until 5 pm) and qualify for full‑time benefits after averaging 20 + hours weekly.

What You Bring
