Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, assisting customers with payments, and conducting reminder and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies • Inspect storage units daily to ensure inventory and availability • Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits • Manage payment reminders and collection calls • Lift/move items up to 35 lb and walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift • Perform cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and exterior ground maintenance

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb, walk around facilities for up to 50 % of the time, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and keeping exterior grounds clear of debris. Successful candidates have experience in customer‑service‑oriented sales environments such as retail, restaurant, or fast‑food.
