About the Role
Plan, lay-out and perform all types of pipe fitting and fabrication work in accordance with all applicable plans, specifications, codes, and industry standards. Work in other crafts at levels appropriate to training and skills as requested by project supervision. Must have the ability to take direction from a higher skilled worker or foreman. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, storage, and time. • Inspect subordinates' work for accuracy and compliance, explain deficiencies, and take corrective action. • Maintain positive working relationships with crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively at all times. • Provide feedback to ensure materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Read and understand drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards; effectively use trade tools and equipment. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis for communication. • Move in confined, cluttered, and uneven areas. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb.

What You Bring
• Maintain high proficiency in trade mathematics. • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. • Possess three to six+ years of industrial/commercial construction experience with in‑depth pipefitter knowledge (Level I‑Sr.). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest). • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts performing hard physical work in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions.

Onsite
