About the Role
The Engineer role supports a healthcare facility in Greensboro, NC, handling installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical equipment, controls, and plumbing both inside and outside the building. Daily duties include routine assessment, testing, data analysis, and monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems to ensure reliable operation. This work directly contributes to JLL’s goal of delivering transformative real‑estate solutions. • Oversee, monitor, and adjust HVAC, refrigeration, heat exchangers, electrical, emergency backup, and hot water systems. • Perform preventive maintenance and document tasks on base building and critical equipment. • Install and repair plumbing, pipework, and electrical wiring, including single‑ and three‑phase motors and conduit. • Diagnose system malfunctions, analyze data, and implement corrective actions. • Maintain tools, order supplies, log repairs, close work orders, and track time accurately. • Communicate regularly with the facility manager and perform additional engineering duties as needed.
