About the Role
Responsible for the application and management of standardized manufacturing and production methods. The role involves strong involvement in continuous improvement and overseeing the performance of one or several processes through non-hierarchical animation of teams. The incumbent aligns resources with short-term needs, conducts trainings as required for successful execution of standardized work, leads short-interval management at the line or process level, and escalates issues when necessary, acting as a strong contributor to continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and 5S rules throughout the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses • Identify non-compliant situations and behaviors • Ensure proper application of the Process Quality Control Plan • Contribute or lead continuous improvement actions • Verify operators are trained and validate training levels • Drive real-time adjustments of staff according to needs • Drive actions to achieve service level, quality products, WIP and productivity goals • Synchronize support function actors on short-term actions • Escalate any disruptions occurring during the shift according to the escalation process • Lead level 1 short-interval cycle according to lean manufacturing rules, ensuring quality of information provided to the Supervisor for level 2 short-interval cycle • Provide technical assistance level 1-3 to operators and/or drivers in manufacturing • Ensure consistent optimal operation of the means • Perform complex settings • Manage change-over and setup, maintenance activities level 1-3 • Supervise prototype adjustments • Ensure quality data in IT systems (CMMS, ERP, etc.)

What You Bring
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with quality improvement tools, techniques & models • Experience with performance management tools (LDS/DISS/MES/ERP, …) • 1–2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment • English level B1
