About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide range of systems, including HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will keep both interior and exterior areas of the property in line with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws while responding quickly to service tickets. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliance, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas according to standards and regulations. • Respond promptly to maintenance service tickets. • Communicate professionally with residents and staff about repairs. • Provide on‑call support with daily appreciation pay. • Work Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm with rotating on‑call duties.
