About the Role
The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for repairing and maintaining a wide range of HVAC and refrigeration equipment, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time while exceeding customer expectations. • Repair and maintain HVAC/R equipment including air conditioners, compressors, boilers, heat pumps, RTUs, ice machines, walk‑in coolers/freezers, and related components • Perform overhauls on compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and electrical/mechanical control devices • Conduct preventative maintenance, diagnose malfunctions, and test systems using electrical/mechanical skills • Process job tickets and work orders, providing departmental support • Transport, install, and set up equipment cases; assist with minor construction and startup projects • Operate company vehicle safely and follow all safety protocols

What You Bring
• Minimum 4 years commercial HVAC/R experience • Active EPA certification and valid driver’s license • Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and ability to lift 50 lb and work at heights • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
