About the Role
As a Maintenance Technician at Morgan Properties, you will be responsible for troubleshooting service issues including HVAC, general appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will maintain interior and exterior areas in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws, respond promptly to maintenance service tickets, and communicate clearly and professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs and updates. • Troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing issues. • Maintain interior and exterior areas to company standards and legal compliance. • Respond quickly to maintenance service tickets and update residents and staff. • Work Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm with rotating on‑call duties and emergency availability.

What You Bring
We expect an active, valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle, the ability to live within a 30‑minute commute of the property, and HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred). One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. • Hold a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle; reside within a 30‑minute commute. • Possess HVAC/EPA/CFC certification (preferred) and at least one year of related experience.
