About the Role

• Load performance data from corporate submissions, automated feeds, and manual files. • Perform data quality checks, research discrepancies, and accept or reject data. • Communicate with properties, clients, and industry professionals about policies and guidelines. • Notify research and internal teams of census‑related issues and participation levels. • Execute daily, weekly, and monthly processing procedures and pre‑processing checks. • Respond to client email inquiries promptly and professionally. • Generate, verify, and deliver selected reports to corporate clients and individual properties. • Act as internal point of contact for data‑related queries and workflow requests. • Assist clients in automating data submissions and identify new automation opportunities. • Collaborate with IT and Global Data Operations to resolve delivery issues efficiently. • Adjust report setups per client requests while ensuring confidentiality standards.

What You Bring

The role works with a variety of data types—including historical, forward‑booking, and P&L data—requiring a solid understanding of key metrics and their relevance to clients. Success depends on strong analytical abilities, a detail‑oriented mindset, and the capacity to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, innovative environment while maintaining data confidentiality. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree (preferably in hospitality, data, business management, or finance) or possess equivalent experience. Required skills include advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word proficiency, the ability to manipulate large and disparate data sets, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additional desired experience includes familiarity with STR products, hospitality technology (PMS, RMS, BI tools), API integrations, SFTP data transfers, and a background in the hotel, travel, or tourism industry. Financial literacy and knowledge of P&L statements are also valued. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, data, business, or finance. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate large, disparate data sets. • Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships with stakeholders. • Detail‑oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities. • Experience with API integrations, SFTP transfers, and hospitality technology platforms. • Knowledge of STR data products, PMS, RMS, and business intelligence tools.
