About the Role
The Fabrication Helper supports the production team by preparing work areas, handling materials, and assisting journeymen and equipment operators. This includes measuring and marking layouts, moving raw materials and tools, and managing scrap. • Hold tape measure and mark reference points for layout • Load, stack, and transport raw materials and tools • Pick up and truck scrap from work areas • Assist journeyman when forming large parts • Perform shakeout and tag parts • Assist operators on press brake and other equipment • Stand for prolonged periods on concrete floors

What You Bring
No formal education is required, but the role demands a mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, the ability to work independently or with a team, and the physical stamina to stand on concrete floors for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.
