About the Role

As a Gensler Architect you will work within a collaborative team of architects and designers to deliver unparalleled architectural projects, guiding client initiatives from concept through construction. The architect will guide projects from concept through construction, ensuring technical quality and effective communication across all stakeholders. • Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to complex design challenges. • Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and permitting officials. • Maintain project manuals and specifications throughout the project lifecycle. • Conduct site visits and document submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction. • Submit a portfolio as part of the application. • Participate in 401k, profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and bi‑annual bonus opportunities.

What You Bring

Candidates should possess a relevant architecture degree, licensure, and several years of experience in commercial design, including interior projects and advanced software proficiency. • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and be a licensed/registered architect. • Possess 5+ years of commercial design experience, including interiors, and 4+ years of Revit proficiency. • Demonstrate expertise with Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. • Have working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction methods, and structural systems.
