About the Role
The Senior Director, Product Marketing will lead Matterport’s North America product marketing organization from Arlington, VA, overseeing a distributed team of Product Marketing Managers. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the role defines regional strategy, ensures cohesive messaging, and drives measurable business impact across diverse markets. • Lead and mentor a national team of Product Marketing Managers, aligning messaging, priorities, and execution. • Define and execute Matterport’s North American product marketing strategy, translating digital twin, AI, and spatial data technology into compelling positioning. • Drive go‑to‑market planning and launch campaigns, collaborating with sales, product, research, and technology teams to boost adoption and revenue. • Develop region‑specific value propositions, customer journeys, competitive positioning, and sales enablement toolkits. • Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify trends and growth opportunities, establishing performance metrics and ROI measurement. • Recruit, develop, and scale a high‑performing product marketing team while fostering cross‑market knowledge sharing. • Represent Matterport at industry events, build partnerships with trade associations, and support CoStar’s European brand initiatives.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. • 10+ years B2B marketing experience, with 5+ years in product marketing leadership. • Proven track record building and scaling product marketing teams in technology, SaaS, or prop‑tech. • Deep expertise in go‑to‑market planning, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing. • Strong analytical skills with ability to turn data into strategic action. • Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presentation abilities. • Expertise in AI, data, and digital experience platforms. • Experience in commercial real estate, AEC, construction tech, or prop‑tech sectors.
