About the Role

The Sr. Transaction Coordinator manages day-to-day transaction activities for multiple retail and office property portfolios for a national client, handling renewals, new locations, relocations, and monitoring lease dates. The position provides operational coordination to Cushman & Wakefield transaction management professionals worldwide, delivering exceptional client service and supporting documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options. The role involves tracking critical lease dates, drafting service requests and engagement letters, facilitating commission invoicing, inputting commission data, and generating various reports such as closing, value-add, negotiation summaries, KPI tracking, and portfolio data for both the firm and the client. Additional duties include general administrative support, processing paperwork, liaising between real‑estate, lease administration, and facilities teams, gathering market data, coordinating client surveys, ensuring data quality in databases, and preparing communication packages for internal approval. • Provide exceptional client service internally and externally. • Support transaction team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, and options. • Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates. • Draft and process service requests and client initiation documents. • Draft and process co‑broker and agent engagement letters. • Facilitate commission invoicing and input commission data into revenue reporting system. • Assist with reporting functions, including closing/value‑add reports, negotiation summaries, RFP comparison matrices, KPI tracking, and technology updates. • Perform portfolio reporting, data manipulation, and spreadsheet formatting for Cushman & Wakefield and the client. • Handle general administrative duties such as copying, faxing, phone support, correspondence, and departmental assistance. • Process paperwork, ensure proper distribution of executed documents, and act as liaison among Real Estate, Lease Administration, and Facilities Management. • Review broker market surveys and deliverables before client delivery. • Gather real‑estate market data from research and brokers. • Coordinate client feedback questionnaires and surveys. • Ensure quality and timeliness of transaction information entered into databases. • Prepare transaction communication tools and packages for internal approval.

What You Bring

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (required) and a bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in finance or real estate.
