Job Highlights
About the Role
Assist in troubleshooting basic switchgear, software issues, and configuration activities with the PBs. Support panel builder partners in project specification compliance and provide optimal techno-commercial solutions to help optimize the offers. Participate in training sessions and development programs to enhance PBs technical skills. Coordinate with team members for onboarding new PB partners and ensuring smooth integration. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer technical inquiries. Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or global support teams. Engage in continuous learning and provide feedback for process improvement. Support sales team in techno-commercial aspects to help secure projects. To have proactive approach, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset to support the technical needs of PBs. • Troubleshoot switchgear, software, and configuration issues for panel builders. • Ensure project specification compliance and deliver optimal techno‑commercial solutions. • Conduct training and development programs to improve panel builder technical skills. • Onboard and integrate new panel‑builder partners. • Resolve customer technical inquiries and escalate complex problems to senior engineers or global support. • Provide techno‑commercial support to the sales team to secure projects. • Continuously learn and suggest process improvements.

What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field. 8+ years in technical support field. Strong communication, willingness to learn, and problem-solving mindset. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. • Possess at least 8 years of technical support experience. • Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑solving, and collaborative mindset.
