About the Role

The manager will be responsible for meeting financial targets, aligning sales coverage, and executing a rigorous Management Operating System that includes territory and account planning, pipeline reviews, forecasting, and customer ride‑alongs. They will retain and expand recurring revenue, introduce new products in healthy buildings, digital and sustainability spaces, and coach the sales team with timely feedback. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, two years of sales‑team coaching experience, HVAC or building‑technology sales background, and advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and data analysis.
