About the Role

In this role you will develop weekly production requirements for manufacturing operations, conduct weekly scheduling meetings to review performance, and communicate schedule changes, maintenance needs, shutdowns, and training requirements to corporate planning and logistics. You will also create and share daily production plans across all departments, generate daily and weekly actual‑versus‑scheduled performance reports, and coordinate initial production requirements for new products with QA and corporate R&D. You will analyze the manufacturing schedule to identify cost‑service balance opportunities, develop concepts to optimize tools, resources and processes, and design daily production plans that maximize labor efficiency and meet plant efficiency targets. • Develop weekly production requirements and daily detailed schedules for manufacturing. • Lead weekly scheduling meetings to review performance and align future production plans. • Communicate schedule changes, maintenance, shutdowns, and training needs to corporate planning and logistics. • Create and distribute daily production plans to all departments and update staff on changes. • Generate daily and weekly actual‑versus‑scheduled performance reports. • Coordinate initial production requirements for new products with QA and R&D. • Analyze manufacturing schedules to improve cost‑service balance across raw materials, conversion and finished goods. • Design optimization concepts for tools, resources and production processes. • Produce daily production plans that maximize labor efficiency and meet plant targets. • Participate in a 401(k) plan with company match and an employee stock purchase plan.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field and has at least three years of manufacturing, planning or scheduling experience. Proficiency with MRP systems such as Epicor or SyteLine, strong Excel and Access analytical skills, and a solid understanding of manufacturing, distribution and customer service are required. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, a service‑minded attitude and a drive to own and improve processes complete the profile. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field. • Possess 3+ years of manufacturing, planning or scheduling experience. • Proficient with MRP systems (Epicor, SyteLine) and advanced Excel/Access analytics. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and service‑oriented skills.
