About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to install concrete foundations and formed concrete walls, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with project specifications. • Review plans and sketches to determine required materials such as lumber and concrete form systems. • Hand‑set and assemble various form systems, including gang forms, plywood footing forms, Symons forms, and edge forms. • Set grades and elevations, and install form scaffold. • Load, unload, stockpile, and erect prefabricated concrete and form components. • Perform concrete and rough carpentry, including installing plywood‑formed walls and concrete wall embeds, blockouts, and bulkheads. • Rig and signal crane and forklift operators during material placement. • Climb gang form walls and reinforcing steel as needed. • Build collaborative relationships with diverse team members and adhere to Mortenson’s values and ethics. • Maintain precise accuracy, interpret drawings, and follow safety and quality standards.
