About the Role

The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets the company’s safety standards before each shift and complying with all company, state, and federal regulations. Daily duties involve thorough pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, reporting safety issues, and following route sheets to service each customer. The driver operates manual or automatic controls to lift, load, compact, and dispose of waste, tags unsatisfactory containers, and cleans spills while adhering to safety policies. Drivers must complete route and productivity sheets, vehicle condition reports, and maintain productivity standards to ensure timely service. Participation in the Company’s ReSOP program and other job‑related tasks is required.

What You Bring
