About the Role
The Senior Red Cyber Operator will join Parsons’ Federal Solutions team to execute red team assessments, offensive cyber operations, and penetration testing. The role involves guiding technical planning, execution, and reporting for assigned assessments while directing the activities of mid-level operators. This position supports missions that protect critical national assets across domains from Earth to cyberspace. • Conduct penetration testing, red team assessments, and offensive cyber operations. • Lead and direct mid-level operators in cybersecurity engagements. • Perform antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR) evasion techniques.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold an active Top Secret SCI clearance and meet the DCART Operator Training Program requirements, including the senior operator aptitude test and IAT Level III certification. A minimum of three years of experience in red‑team assessments, offensive cyber operations, or penetration testing is required, with the ability to serve as a technical lead. Desired qualifications include five or more years of relevant experience and certifications such as CRTO, OSCP, GXPN, GPEN, or GWAP, as well as expertise in antivirus and EDR evasion. • Hold an active Top Secret SCI clearance and meet DCART Operator Training requirements. • Possess 3+ years of experience in red team assessments or offensive cyber operations. • Maintain IAT Level III certification and pass DCART senior operator aptitude test. • Obtain certifications such as CRTO, OSCP, GXPN, GPEN, or GWAP. • Demonstrate expertise in antivirus/EDR evasion and advanced penetration testing. • Travel up to 15% to OCONUS/CONUS locations as required.
