About the Role

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and other building systems. • Complete service requests promptly following company standards. • Prepare vacant apartments for rent, including turnkey work. • Perform preventative maintenance on apartments. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Uphold safety by following policies and reporting hazards. • Conduct hot work (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards. • Participate in monthly on‑call rotation. • Provide courteous service to associates and residents. • Follow key control, turnover, and emergency policies. • Handle chemicals safely using SDS and proper PPE.
