About the Role
• Gather statistics and compile project reports in spreadsheet, graphic, or narrative formats. • Verify data such as matching supplier invoices to supporting documents. • Distribute reports, originate correspondence, answer calls, and manage mail. • Maintain equipment logs, request services, and support overhead budget reporting. • Coordinate physical space needs, request PCs/telephones, and update directories. • Establish and update document control procedures for proper filing and retrieval. • Receive, check, and record incoming and outgoing documents according to standards. • Distribute documents promptly and track revisions, approvals, and status. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and contract requirements. • Archive obsolete documents and support audit documentation requests. • Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients for document submissions. • Provide guidance on document management systems and protocols.

What You Bring
