About the Role
The position is primarily sedentary but may involve occasional lifting of files, opening cabinets, and bending or standing for administrative tasks. Work is performed in a professional office setting using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. • Create 3D electrical drawings for installation and trade coordination. • Produce shop drawings and cross‑sections for underground conduits and cables. • Verify and prepare layout drawings to meet contract requirements. • Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans. • Provide technical drafting support per company standards. • Draft electrical drawings in AutoCAD or Revit from specifications. • Review and correct drawings based on red‑line feedback.

What You Bring
The BIM Drafter supports 3‑D coordination and shop drawing production for educational, institutional, and commercial projects under supervisor direction. The role requires a self‑driven, resource‑oriented, detail‑focused individual who delivers high‑quality service. Strong organization, flexibility, and critical‑thinking skills are essential. • Associate or bachelor’s degree in CAD or related drafting experience. • Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP; Autodesk software fluency. • Knowledge of Microsoft Office. • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
