About the Role
The Maintenance Division Supervisor directly oversees the assignment and coordination of maintenance activities to support divisional, departmental, Clean Energy Center (CEC), and corporate objectives while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. The role works closely with schedulers and planners, offers training and procedural recommendations, and participates as an Emergency Plan team member. Key duties include supervising craft personnel to ensure safe, NRC‑compliant work; providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management; and communicating significant CEC and personnel issues to management. The supervisor also participates in work‑control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage activities, manages maintenance processes such as training and corrective actions, and oversees vendor inspections and material procurement. Additional responsibilities involve supporting department management goals, emergency response, call‑outs, and cross‑departmental outage support. • Supervise and coordinate Maintenance Division activities to meet CEC and corporate goals. • Ensure all maintenance work complies with NRC regulations and CEC procedures. • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of craft personnel, including disciplinary actions. • Communicate critical CEC issues and company policies to staff and gather feedback. • Participate in work‑control, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outage planning. • Oversee training programs, surveillance, procedure revisions, and corrective‑action initiatives. • Manage vendor inspections and procurement of materials, parts, tools, and equipment. • Support emergency response, departmental coverage, call‑outs, and cross‑departmental outage support.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a high school diploma or GED with six years of related experience, an associate’s degree in a technical discipline with four years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with two years of experience. Applicants must meet the required access levels and pass a favorable medical examination in line with position duties. Preferred qualifications include fluency with electronic work‑management systems and Microsoft Office applications, as well as at least three years of experience in nuclear power plant operations. • Minimum education/experience: high school + 6 yrs, associate + 4 yrs, or bachelor + 2 yrs in a technical field; must meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred: proficiency with electronic work‑management systems, Microsoft Word/Excel, and ≥3 years nuclear plant operations experience.
