About the Role
Assist skilled craft workers in performing assigned duties, working in other crafts as appropriate to training and skills when requested by project supervision. The role requires taking direction from a higher‑skilled worker or foreman. • Eliminate waste such as waiting, rework, transport, material storage, and time. • Seek supervisor guidance when unsure about work aspects or safety practices. • Learn and understand all safety hazards associated with the job. • Safely operate and use work‑related tools and equipment. • Identify improvement opportunities in tasks, methods, and learn from others. • Maintain positive relationships with all crew members. • Produce high‑quality work safely and productively. • Provide feedback to ensure needed materials, tools, equipment, and information are available. • Stoop, kneel, or bend occasionally. • Use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices on a limited basis for communication. • Move through confined, cluttered, and uneven areas. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Climb and maintain balance on steel/wood frameworks, stairs, ladders, and scaffolds. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects up to 50 lb. • Work up to 12‑hour shifts in varying temperatures and outdoor conditions. • Participate in Employee Stock Ownership Plan and 401(k). • Obtain industry‑leading health coverage starting day 1. • Contribute to the Sundt Foundation charitable program.

What You Bring
• Perform basic math operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). • Hold NCCER Core Curriculum certification or a high school diploma/equivalent. • Have 1‑3+ years of experience in industrial/commercial construction (Level I‑III preferred). • Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills. • Wear required personal protective equipment (steel‑toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard hat, vest, etc.). • Reach above shoulder height and below waist frequently.
