What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Licensing & Contracts Administrator to manage software licenses, contract renewals, and vendor compliance while ensuring legal and regulatory adherence. The position supports US Southern Command remotely and requires US citizenship and a basic background check; a Secret clearance is preferred but not mandatory. • Bachelor’s degree in contract law, business management, or 4 years equivalent contract administration experience required. • Demonstrated expertise in DFAR and FAR processes for software licensing and DoD acquisition regulations. • Experience managing enterprise software licenses, tracking renewal cycles, and ensuring vendor compliance with federal procurement requirements. • Experience with DoD licensing agreements, SaaS procurement, and enterprise contract negotiation. • Strong organizational, communication, and project prioritization skills. • Preferred: Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) certification. • Preferred: Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency. • Preferred: Experience with government IT programs and environments. • Clearance: None required; Secret or higher clearance preferred.
