About the Role
The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and assigned common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy, sanitary, and orderly. • Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens. • Keep common areas clean and sanitized as assigned. • Handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations. • Maintain housekeeping storage areas clean and organized. • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Director. • Report safety hazards immediately, such as broken glass, water leaks, or faulty fixtures.

What You Bring
The job requires frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and use of fine and gross motor skills, with an emphasis on proper body mechanics to safely support residents. • High school diploma or GED preferred. • Previous experience in cleaning. • Dependable and responsible work ethic. • Ability to communicate effectively with residents.
