About the Role

The role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of resident apartments and assigned common areas, ensuring all spaces are tidy, sanitary, and orderly. • Provide housekeeping services in resident apartments, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, emptying trash, and laundering linens. • Keep common areas clean and sanitized as assigned. • Handle and store cleaning chemicals in accordance with OSHA regulations. • Maintain housekeeping storage areas clean and organized. • Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance Director. • Report safety hazards immediately, such as broken glass, water leaks, or faulty fixtures.

What You Bring
