About the Role
In this position you will direct multi‑disciplinary teams, administer NEC3/4 contracts, ensure health, safety and CDM compliance, and devise innovative solutions to client challenges. You will champion inclusive collaboration, build long‑term stakeholder relationships, and coach colleagues to raise performance standards. • Lead multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects and programmes across public and private sectors. • Administer and manage NEC3/NEC4 engineering and construction contracts. • Ensure health, safety and CDM compliance for all project activities. • Develop innovative solutions to client challenges and drive sustainable outcomes. • Mentor and coach project teams, fostering inclusive and collaborative environments. • Build and maintain long‑term stakeholder and client relationships.

What You Bring
The firm seeks Associate Directors who are NEC3/4 accredited Project Managers to lead high‑profile infrastructure projects from its London office, supporting hybrid work across the South‑East. The role offers the chance to shape ambitious programmes while mentoring the next generation of project leaders. Candidates must hold NEC3 or NEC4 accreditation, a degree in a relevant construction or infrastructure field, and preferably professional membership with APM, ICE or similar bodies. Additional assets include experience with complex procurement, consultancy or client‑side management, sustainability knowledge, and certifications such as PRINCE2, CSCS, or Carbon Literacy. • Hold NEC3 or NEC4 accreditation and a relevant degree; professional membership (APM, ICE) preferred. • Possess experience in complex procurement, consultancy or client‑side project management. • Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability, carbon literacy, and relevant safety certifications.
