About the Role
As a Maintenance Service Technician at Morgan Properties you will troubleshoot service issues such as HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing. You will ensure both interior and exterior of the property meet company standards and applicable laws, respond to maintenance tickets, and follow up with residents and office staff on work status. Compensation includes an hourly pay range of $21.00–$23.50, up to a 50% rent discount, monthly staff renewal commissions, quarterly $300 Morgan Essentials, and $15 per day for on‑call availability.
