About the Role
• Lead creative efforts on healthcare and science projects, shaping design concepts and presentation strategies. • Mentor design teams and provide creative direction. • Serve as primary design liaison with clients and consultants. • Promote interdisciplinary collaboration across team members. • Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives. • Select interior finishes, furniture, and equipment. • Produce space plans, furniture plans, elevations, and design presentation documentation. • Generate design solutions and alternatives. • Review contractor drawings, mockups, materials, and finish samples. • Maintain a portfolio showcasing healthcare or science projects across a range of facility types. • Provide medical, dental, vision, disability, and wellness programs, along with flexible spending accounts.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in design or architecture from an accredited institution. • Possess 10+ years of design leadership experience in interior design or architecture, with recent healthcare or science project experience. • NCIDQ certification and LEED accreditation preferred. • Demonstrate strong visualization, leadership, communication, and relationship‑management skills. • Proficient in Revit and other computer design programs.
