About the Role

The Technical Sales Engineer drives demand creation and market share growth at OEM and EMS accounts. This role directly interfaces with OEMs and EMSs throughout the Americas, focusing on assigned territories and strategic accounts. Responsibilities include partnering with the regional sales director and manager for strategic direction, spending the majority of time at key accounts within driving range, and independently developing and implementing action plans aimed at year‑over‑year growth. The engineer also recommends solutions to management on case‑by‑case challenges and proactively schedules sales calls. • Drive demand creation and share gain at OEM and EMS accounts • Interface directly with OEMs and EMSs across the Americas in assigned territory • Spend the majority of time at key accounts within driving range • Develop and implement action plans targeting year‑over‑year growth • Recommend solutions to management and proactively schedule sales calls

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in engineering, and have 3–5 years of electronics sales and technical selling experience, including field application roles and circuitry design expertise. Travel up to 75% is required; the individual should be self‑driven, accountable, a charismatic communicator, a problem solver, and Spanish speaking. Residency within 50 miles of Seattle, WA is required, with no relocation assistance; active‑duty military members are exempt. • Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; engineering preferred • Minimum 3–5 years of electronics sales and technical selling experience, including field application roles • Experience with electronics circuitry design and application • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time • Self‑driven, accountable, charismatic communicator and problem solver; Spanish speaking • Must reside within 50 miles of Seattle, WA (active‑duty military exemption); no relocation assistance provided
