About the Role

• Assist with resident assessments, individualized care plans, and ADL support. • Monitor medication administration, audit MARs, and communicate changes to the pharmacy. • Coordinate resident care services with families, physicians, and care partners. • Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency calls, and welcome new residents during admissions. • Supervise and support Resident Assistants, including staff scheduling and daily operations. • Serve as Manager on Duty and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant documentation. • Lead onboarding, training, and in‑service sessions for care team members. • Reinforce best practices, safety standards, and residents’ rights. • Support compliance with state regulations and Spring Arbor policies. • Collaborate with the Executive Director and RCC to maintain high standards of care. • Make a meaningful difference for residents each shift.

This hands‑on leadership role supports both residents and the care team, offering meaningful leadership experience without a full‑time schedule.
