About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting financial performance targets, delivering high-quality products and services, and ensuring a safe working environment through training, safety audits, and site logistics planning. • Direct and supervise field operations for modernization installations. • Lead construction mechanics and installation teams. • Achieve financial performance targets, including profit objectives. • Conduct field education training and maintain a safe work environment. • Perform safety audits, jobsite inspections, and develop site safety/logistics plans. • Coordinate material deliveries and issue purchase orders. • Build and maintain professional relationships with coworkers, clients, and authorities. • Forecast and schedule labor resources to ensure project completion and quality. • Analyze situations and develop contingency plans for estimates.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required. • Associate/technical degree in construction management or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or business administration desired. • Minimum 5 years of modernization project experience in the elevator industry. • Proven experience leading field associates/technicians in the elevator sector. • Proficiency with Microsoft‑based software in a technical environment. • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. • Self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects. • Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills. • Ability to thrive in a team‑oriented, dynamic environment.
