About the Role
We are hiring a Front Desk Clerk for Mountain Run Resort. In this role you will create memorable guest experiences by checking owners and guests in and out, handling requests, and ensuring every interaction is positive. Your friendly service helps guests make lifelong vacation memories. The position is full‑time day shift with a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays. You will work in a dynamic front‑desk environment, collaborating with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to deliver seamless service. • Greet guests and owners on arrival • Check in/out guests • Generate folio and collect payments • Receive housekeeping and maintenance requests and contact appropriate departments • Prepare and restock front desk supplies, including arrival packets and area information • Answer phones and direct calls

What You Bring
• Proficient English language • Ability to multi‑task and prioritize duties to meet deadlines • Minimum 6 months customer service experience • Ability to stand for prolonged periods • Experience as front desk/guest services agent (preferred) • Experience handling cash/credit card transactions (preferred) • Experience in resort hospitality or related industry (preferred)
