About the Role

You will be responsible for updating project programmes promptly, collaborating with the GT team and key stakeholders from the client and subcontractor to monitor and control the schedule. The role involves about 60‑70% office‑based work and 30‑40% site visits or collaboration with other offices. • Plan, monitor and control programme schedule from contract award to completion • Conduct regular programme and progress meetings • Perform Earned Value Analysis, focusing on Schedule Performance Index • Produce accurate progress reports, milestone tracking and critical path analysis • Develop collaborative planning charts to monitor programme changes • Input change control events and generate updated programmes • Facilitate workshops to mitigate programme slippage
