About the Role
As an Inside Sales Associate for CoStar Data & Analytics, you will manage an existing book of business while generating new opportunities within your sales territory. You will receive a steady flow of qualified leads, market‑leading products, and a clear development path toward long‑term career advancement. The role involves selling new business by promoting CoStar’s value to the commercial real‑estate market, managing and expanding client portfolios, and developing deep expertise in CoStar’s products and the industry. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and product demos to closing, onboarding, training, and renewal—while building relationships through in‑person meetings and representing the brand at industry events. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting CoStar’s products to the commercial real‑estate market. • Manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and growth. • Develop expertise in CoStar’s product suite and the commercial real‑estate industry. • Execute the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, closing, onboarding, training, and renewals. • Conduct in‑person meetings and product demonstrations for brokers, owners, investors and other stakeholders. • Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate long‑term professional networks.

What You Bring
Basic qualifications include at least one year of successful B2B sales experience (or equivalent commercial real‑estate experience), a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, a record of commitment to prior employers, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets. Preferred candidates have two or more years of B2B sales experience selling data, research, or analytics platforms, strong consultative selling skills, a keen interest in commercial real‑estate, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a results‑driven focus on customer satisfaction. Ideal Inside Sales Associates are ambitious, thriving in fast‑paced, competitive environments with uncapped earning potential; adaptable, quickly learning new product concepts; engaging communicators who tailor information to clients; curious, asking insightful questions and listening actively; and customer‑centric, taking ownership of client requests to drive successful outcomes. • Minimum 1 year of successful B2B sales or equivalent commercial real‑estate experience. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university. • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and commitment to prior employers. • 2 + years of B2B sales experience selling data, research, or analytics platforms (preferred). • Strong consultative selling, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills. • Demonstrated interest in commercial real‑estate and willingness to master CoStar’s products.
