About the Role

The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees multiple fulfillment center locations within a designated region, building and maintaining relationships with customers and key stakeholders. This role is accountable for service quality, staffing, budgeting, short- and long-range planning, problem solving, new product or service rollouts, and employee development. Key responsibilities include providing leadership, direction, and coordination of all maintenance and facility support activities across assigned sites, directly supervising Senior Maintenance Managers and Maintenance Managers, and overseeing employee succession planning. The manager also maintains positive customer contacts, identifies evolving client needs, and develops retention strategies as required. The position requires developing and implementing quality assurance methods, monitoring quality levels across managers and sites, and ensuring sustained exceptional service. Budget monitoring, future financial planning, and the creation of short‑ and long‑term site plans in partnership with senior operations leadership are essential duties. Additional duties involve analyzing site performance analytics, spotting trends, and determining optimal actions to enhance client satisfaction while guaranteeing that team members perform tasks safely, effectively, and efficiently. Benefits

Compensation ranges from $136,000 to $160,000 and includes a comprehensive benefits package covering health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement plans, life and disability insurance, and paid or unpaid time off. Pay may vary based on geographic location, hiring date, hours worked, job type, business line, and collective bargaining agreements.
