About the Role

The role involves operating mobile and plant equipment safely to support quarry production. Employees will perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to keep equipment reliable, assist with material handling, site cleanup and other general labor tasks, and follow all company safety policies and procedures. The work environment includes operating moving mechanical equipment in inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity and elevated noise levels. • Safely operate mobile and plant equipment to support quarry production. • Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance. • Handle material handling, site cleanup, and other general labor tasks. • Follow all safety policies and collaborate to maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Bring

Candidates must be able to learn and safely operate a variety of heavy and mobile equipment, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and be physically capable of lifting, climbing and working outdoors. Effective communication, dependable teamwork and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities are also required. Compensation ranges from $24 to $27 per hour and includes a 401(k) plan with automatic company contributions and matching.
