• Develop and refine business process models to support program execution and interagency coordination. • Identify and implement process automation, efficiency improvements, and performance tracking aligned with DoD best practices. • Conduct requirements analysis, gap analyses, and document requirements to align with DoD acquisition frameworks. • Create and maintain requirements traceability and adhere to DoD governance processes. • Utilize JCIDS, requirements management tools, and engage stakeholders to validate operational needs.

What You Bring
NV5 Geospatial is actively recruiting a Business Process Engineer to support US Southern Command remotely. Candidates must be U.S. citizens and able to pass a basic background check; an active Secret clearance is preferred but not mandatory. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, and applicants may need to obtain a security clearance if required. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or five years of equivalent experience. • Demonstrate strong analytical and technical writing skills. • Preferred certifications include Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CSPO, INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, or CBAP. • Portuguese or Spanish language proficiency and experience with government IT programs are a plus.
