About the Role

The Senior International Payroll Analyst will support payroll for more than 6,800 employees in the United States and 13 international countries, interacting with global offices and various internal teams. This role is based at the company’s headquarters and serves as a key liaison for payroll operations worldwide. • Process 19 monthly international payrolls accurately and on schedule. • Ensure payroll compliance with international regulations, company policies, and SOX requirements. • Handle expatriate payroll in partnership with HR and external tax advisors. • Manage payroll inputs, file creation, uploads, and manual entries in Workday. • Collaborate with HR and Benefits on leaves of absence, retroactive deductions, and adjustments. • Complete post‑production activities such as settlements, vendor integrations, and reconciliations. • Oversee time‑entry submissions and approvals for employee time‑off requests. • Maintain full‑life‑cycle garnishment processing and employee communications. • Lead process‑improvement initiatives and adopt new Workday features. • Update process maps and documentation as workflows evolve. • Direct specialized payroll tasks including stock awards, option exercises, regulatory filings, and sales commissions. • Conduct quarterly tax reconciliations and support annual tax filings and year‑end activities. • Provide prompt, accurate payroll customer service to employees. • Protect confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information. • Promote a collaborative and supportive working environment.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and have at least four years of payroll experience (or a master's degree with two years of payroll work). Required skills include advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables), strong stakeholder management, and hands‑on experience with HRIS/HCM platforms such as Workday, TMF, or ADP. A Payroll.Org CPP certification is preferred.
