About the Role
Each day you will service trucks and equipment that support over 20 million customers across the USA, using modern tools and procedures to maintain diesel equipment and, at some locations, a growing fleet of CNG trucks. • Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. • Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts. • Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs). • Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns. • Conduct safety checks on vehicles. • Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times. • Assist senior mechanics in the completion of project work. • Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. • Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA Standards and perform all work according to established safety procedures.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, be over 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and be able to meet the physical demands of the role. Successful applicants must also pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical. The role involves frequent physical activities such as lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, climbing, standing, walking, and occasional sitting, with exposure to occupational risks like cuts, burns, and chemicals, as well as environmental factors such as dirt, noise, and weather extremes. The position may require a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for travel by air or access to federal property. • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Must be over 18 years of age. • Legally eligible to work in the United States. • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations. • Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical. • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. • Determined problem solvers. • Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing. • Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes; work inside garage/shop or gas plant and outdoors in inclement weather, heat, and humidity.
