About the Role

Provides HR administrative and operations assistance to all employees and stakeholders. Handles incoming calls, emails, and in‑person meetings regarding internal HR policies, practices, procedures, and training. The role receives, routes, resolves, documents, and closes inquiries accurately and timely while interacting cross‑functionally with Centers of Expertise, HR Business Partners, and other departments to ensure customer‑focused, seamless communication. • Handle incoming HR queries according to the service model and respond to general transition inquiries per policies. • Create electronic records of customer interactions, provide quality service, and resolve issues efficiently. • Assist other HR teams and projects as needed to support internal and external business partners. • Coordinate with internal shared services to cover payroll, benefits, recruiting, training, and other transition aspects. • Perform administrative tasks such as research, updating templates and reports, and preparing collateral materials. • Establish and maintain filing systems, classifying, sorting, and filing correspondence and documents. • Ensure accurate entry of information into online systems, review and submit updates, and generate reports as required. • Answer routine queries for managers and employees, act as liaison between employees and the service center to resolve problems and clarify concerns. • Maintain files and records for processes and procedures. • Participate actively in cross‑functional special project teams.
